FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100+ OR $8.00 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING ( DOMESTIC ORDERS)

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Hortensia does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses. In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order date.  Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. We don’t deliver on the weekends or federal holidays. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery on out of stock items.

Pre-orders: If there’s an item you love but you don’t see it in a color or size, don’t fret! Email us and we will get your special order ready.
How do preorders work? We will take your order and email you the changes requested and costs. We will request payment and your card will only be charged when you confirm the pre-order. A notification will be send with estimated date of delivery and when your order has arrived and is ready to ship.

You can send changes for preorders to info@hortensiahandmade.com.
Please submit all changes before confirming your order. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

United States: Ground $100+ orders ship FREE, or $8.00 flat-rate shipping. Takes 3-5 working days

Express $25.00 1-2 working days .

Canada Express $25 + tax 1-2 working days

Americas International Express $35 + tax 3-5 working days

Rest of the World International Express $60 + tax 3-5 working days

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Hortensia Handmade is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

Outside the USA, all relevant import taxes and duties levied by the country will be recipient’s responsibility; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Return Policy:  You can return or exchange any full price item – ( if purchased with a promotional discount only the amount paid will be refunded) for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with hang-tags still attached. International returns must be made within twenty-one(21) days of receiving the item. Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.

Sale items can be returned or exchanged but you need to return within seven (7) days or purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Hortensia Handmade items that have been purchased on other websites or from other retailers. Express shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for pieces damaged or lost in transit but we will assist you in your claim with the service provider.
