Terms:

Payment: We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex are accepted.

Paypal.

Shipping & Handling: Hortensia does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses. In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order date.  Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery on out of stock items.

Pre-orders: delivery date will be provided once order is confirmed.

How do preorders work? Your card will be charged when you place a pre-order, and we will send notification when your order has arrived and is ready to ship.

You can send changes to shop@hortensiahandmade.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

United States: Ground FREE 3-5 working days

Express $20.00 1-2 working days .

Canada Express $20 + tax 1-2 working days

Americas International Express $35 + tax 3-5 working days

Rest of the World International Express $55 + tax 3-5 working days

 

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

TAXES & DUTIES

To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed whilst browsing our site, we recommend that you use the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Hortensia Handmade is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

Outside the USA, all relevant import taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to will recipient’s responsibility; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Return Policy: We currently do not accept returns but do accept exchanges for purchases returned within 7 days of receipt. Items need to be unworn and in its original condition and shipped to the address below. We are not responsible for pieces damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is kindly responsible for return shipping costs with delivery confirmation.

All sale orders are considered final sales.

If there is a style in a store or publication, and not on the site, please inquire about availability.
